My name is Corina Lupu. I work in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and online. I practice in French and English.

For more than 20 years, driven by my curiosity, I have explored many disciplines (that have given me degrees or not), methods and tools in search of what allows change, behavioural modifications or relief from emotions and psychological disorders.

On a personal level, I have also followed two established therapies (one systemic therapy, another one from the family of cognitive behavioural therapies).

• And a lot of other people influence my thinking and inspire my practice (for instance Nora Bateson I have been a trained Warm Data & PNP Host since 2021, Dave Snowden I have been part of the Cynefin community since 2021, Sonja Blignaut; Lewis Mehl-Madrona; etc.)
• And in that same moment, if I am not AND surely at the moment, if I’m not in session, I’m probably still digging into one subject or another.

Warning, for therapeutic practices such as Schema Therapy or the Internal Family System theory, I have not been officially trained, which means that I can use what I have learnt from them in individual coaching, but I do not apply those methods to the letter in order to cure people.

This does not mean that I have not accumulated a lot of knowledge over the past 20+ years (including reading scientific articles, books by rigorous authors, proven techniques). Nevertheless, I have no diplomas to prove it, except for hypnosis and coaching.
