Some situations require skill development or action to undertake something new or to support and provide feedback in explorations. Hypnosis can then be used in parallel, but coaching may be required (I don’t like the term coaching, I will dedicate a blog post to this).

What situations may require coaching and not just hypnosis?

For example if you want more well-being, self-confidence, self-esteem, energy, motivation, distance, positive dynamics, but in situations like these:

Relationships

  • Improving communication in private and professional relationships;
  • Developing communication strategies to dare to say no;
  • Helping to manage conflicts and difficult situations;
  • Developing empathy and understanding of others to improve interpersonal relationships;
  • Restoring a sense of being connected to oneself and to others;
  • Overcoming tendencies to depend on others to regain a sense of choice, rather than feeling trapped;
  • Learning to co-create a relationship together, rather than repeating cycles of hope and disappointment.

Difficult situations

  • Understanding your needs, helping to identify your emotions, taking decisions more calmly and taking action differently;
  • Managing stress and anxiety in everyday situations;
  • Becoming aware of your automatic mode of functioning, which is a source of blockage, in order to move on to a more flexible mode of functioning;
  • Helping with important life changes such as professional or personal transitions;
  • Helping to clarify a multifactorial problem, using tools to highlight the parts requiring the implementation of a concrete action plan and other types of actions such as experimentation, or taking side steps;
  • Overcoming issues, difficulties and transitions with concrete resources;
  • Shift from the desire for perfection and the frustration of wanting to change right away to an orientation and confidence in the longer term, generating profound change;
  • Slowing down the cycles of urgency and distraction.

How does individual coaching work?

Number of sessions: Between 3 and 12 sessions, depending on the entanglements that we will potentially discover together;

Outside of the sessions: Points to explore or actions to take to continue the work and weave the new habits into daily life;

Closing session: To recap and anchor possible next steps;

Confidentiality: The content of the sessions is confidential;

Duration: 1h per session; 30 minutes the first time;

Location: Online, face-to-face in Nyon or Geneva, or walking.

Cost: In any case, the first time is offered (30 minutes).

  • Adults: 130.- CHF
  • Teenagers: 130.- CHF
  • For people with tight financial situation or living outside of Switzerland, a special rate can be discussed together.

In person in Geneva or at home (Nyon, Morges, Lausanne, etc): Payment in cash or by Twin (Switzerland);

Online: After the session, you will receive an e-mail with my account number and my phone number to pay by Twint (Switzerland) or on my bank account. An invoice will be sent to you in all cases.
